REQUIREMENTS

  1.  Attendance of scheduled shifts is required unless previously requested off and approved.
  2. Minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice for requested leave is expected, including time off for vacation & ministry involvement.  In such cases, you may need to help secure a replacement.
  3. Missing two (2) shifts without prior notification or for sufficient reason will result in loss of the student worker position.
  4. In the event of an unexpected absence or sickness, “make-up” hours are required. If “make-up” hours are not completed by the end of the semester your total scholarship amount will be adjusted accordingly. 
  • Availability - Please fill in available hours to work during the week - be sure to give a SPECIFIC time frame for each day available - ie., 2pm to 6pm. Keep your school schedule in mind - including weekly/module classes. Day and evening shifts are available in the Library, Student Union and Webinar. Additional positions may become available throughout the campus.
  • NEW APPLICANTS! Please submit a one-page essay that includes an introduction, outlines your skill sets, and tells us why you are the best candidate for this position. This is required for all first time applicants. Previous student workers: You are not required to submit an essay.
